PAYMENT: We do not deduct any monies from the credit card given until your arrival, unless our cancellation and no-show policy is not met.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: Our cancellation policy is 48 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will have first nights accommodation debited from credit card account or invoiced.

All rooms in the complex are strictly non-smoking.  We reserve the right and may charge costs for damages, additional cleaning or stolen items.  Loss of key charge $180.
